About Us
Who We Are and Our Mission:
We are men and women from Newtown and nearby communities that wish to help improve the lives of others with a special focus on youth and family. The Newtown Exchange Club was chartered in 1934.
The mission of the Newtown Exchange Club is to support the initiatives of the National Exchange Club with an emphasis on giving back to the local community through service projects and monetary donations. Nationally, there are over eight hundred Exchange Clubs.
What We Believe In:
- People helping people - Unity for service.
- Hope for tomorrow happens today.
- Donating all fundraising proceeds to charity.
- Welcoming individuals to the Club who want to help others;
especially youth and families in our local communities.
Fund Raisers & Service Projects:
The Club has initiated the following fundraisers and service projects:
- Boldly Bluegrass Concert
- Golf Tournament
- Christmas Holiday Ornament sales
- Historic Newtown & Bucks County License Plate sales
- Silent Auction
- Adopt-A-Highway cleanup
- Give-A-Kid-A-Flag-To-Wave (Memorial Day)
